16 Wishes is a film about a typical teen who wanted more out of life; popularity, the hot guy, the cool car and money. So she gets the opportunity to make these happen building up to her birthday party. Decent film, lovely scene. Not a fan of Debby but I'll take any scene where young women are sporting pantyhose. Especially in a time when it's not cool to do so. Enjoy!
